Our office isn't in our car or at a booth, clients of Aluity get the peace of mind of having a local agent part of a local agency that's open year round! All the retired football players and celebrities sure do make things confusing! Aluity offers the same type plans, with the confidence of a local company with physical location! Before you meet with an agent, aske a few questions:
1. Where is your physical local office? The Medicare Superstore is located in the Kroger Plaza in Princeton WV, although we serve a large area.
2. How long have you been there? Our first location when we opened started in Princeton in 2006, and expanded and moved to the Medicare Superstore in Kroger Plaza in 2021!
3. What are your business hours? Having a physical location means having business hours, we are open 10 am until 5pm Monday - Friday! Agents that work from their home or car don't have a physical location or hours.
4. How long have you been in business? Since opening in 2006, Aluity continues to grow! Aluity serves many states, all the way over to Illinois and down to Florida, we even have an agent licensed in Colorado.
5. What makes you different? Medicare shouldn't make you scared, while most agents just want you to call or allow them in your home for a signature using high pressure tactics, we do the opposite. You shouldn't feel obligated to enroll. At our office, we encourage you to come in and discuss your needs, go home, call us with any questions and set another appointment if needed.
